Pottery Wheel Throw

Throw, shape, and create. In this guided pottery wheel session, you’ll explore the fundamentals of centering, pulling, and shaping clay. Perfect for beginners or a fun outing- your piece will be ready to be picked up or glazed after three weeks.

Hand Build Ceramics

Discover handbuilt ceramics at The Spinning Wheel ATX! In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll design and build a unique piece using slab and coil methods. We handle firing—return later to collect your finished work.

Pottery Painting

Paint & Go! Drop in to The Spinning Wheel ATX, pick a bisque/pottery piece starting at $25, and glaze it with your own style. We’ll handle the firing—return to collect your finished masterpiece!

Yearly Membership

As a yearly member, you’ll enjoy access to our studio Monday through Thursday during studio hours. Annual Membership Fee: $450. Clay is purchased separately ($100 per bag). All firings are included at no additional cost. Glazing is $ 20 per piece — all glazes are provided by the studio. Members may come in anytime for glazing once pieces are finished. Glazed pieces will be fired by us after completion

Clay Landscape Session

Let your little artist explore the world of textures, colors, and creativity in our Clay Landscape Session! In this guided, one-time activity, kids (ages 3+ ) will create their own beautiful landscape on an 8×8 wooden panel using vibrant clay and simple molding techniques.

6-week Pottery Program

Six-week pottery program is designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals of wheel throwing, with a focus on developing key skills such as wedging, centering, and glazing. Participants will create their own pottery pieces from start to finish.

Paint n’ Sip

Paint and Sip at the Spinning Wheel is a fun and creative event where guests can bring their own favorite beverage and enjoy a relaxing painting session. Held at The Spinning Wheel, this event offers a welcoming environment for participants to unwind, sip their favorite drinks, and follow a guided painting lesson to create their own unique artwork.

Recycled Art
